2009 Exhibitor Information

Our floor plan, located in one 457,200 sq. ft. room, continues to provide more
exhibitor choices for booth sizes and shapes, improved traffic flow, better movement of freight, and empty crate storage.

Exhibit Space pricing is located on the space applications on pages 3 and 5 of this
prospectus.

Set-up for the show will begin on Friday, January 23 and continue through Monday, January 26. Exhibits open at Noon on Tuesday, January 27.

History

Atlantic City Pool & Spa Show History

Over 25 Years

Throughout the 1960s and 1970s, the Northeast Swimming Pool Association (the forerunner of the Northeast Spa & Pool Association) held various seminars and tabletop trade shows as a member benefit in New York. In 1980 the show was cancelled do to a Teamsters' strike and the NESPA board decided it would never hold another show in New York City and be subject to the whims of its unions.

It was determined the Show must stay in the Northeast and the driving forces for a refashioned show were Les Kowalsky and Al Rizzo. In 1981 a consensus for a new trade show formed and Kowalsky wanted to have the show in Atlantic City, NJ.
