The Northeast Pool & Spa Association is your voice on legislation and regulations impacting our industry. NESPA GRAC monitors legislative action across the region and represents the pool and spa industry when these important actions are being debated.

 


 

 

NESPA's Government Relations Action Committee (GRAC) brings together dedicated member volunteers and lobbyists on behalf of our members to oppose onerous over-regulation and advocate for our industry. We have important relationships with Federal, State and local officials and are in regular contact to share our industry’s perspective on legislation.

The Art of Glass Tile Installation Comes to NESPA 11/20-11/21

Glass tile is hugely popular among consumers in the northeast today. To learn proper installation techniques, sign up for the two-day course at NESPA headquarters (Hamilton, New Jersey) titled “Installation of Waterproofing Systems & Glass Tile.”

This two-day course features classroom instruction as well as ample hands-on learning opportunities for each person taking the course. You will have the opportunity to apply what you learn in the classroom to a real-world installation project so you can successfully master these new skills.

The first day focuses on preparing the surface so that the glass tiles can be installed properly. This includes waterproofing as well as mortar board installation. These first steps are critical for a successful installation and creating a satisfied customer. Learn the best practices in prep so you can be both efficient and effective on your job sites.

The second day gives a detailed look at glass tile installation from start to finish. Learn about the types of tile, necessary tools and key tricks of the trade. As you work on an actual installation project, you’ll see your confidence and skills grow.
