What is your favorite pool project that you have worked on, and why?
All of our pool construction and/or renovation projects. There is always something new to learn and figure out during the process.
What are the key skills or traits a person needs to be successful in our industry?
Self-motivation and a good attitude. Skills can be taught and learned.
Tell us about your favorite Pool & Spa Show memory?
The best memory really is the annual drive down to the show. The anticipation for the experiences that will ensue within those few days helps to create stronger bonds between employees, vendors, and colleagues.
When you aren't working, you are…?
Golfing or running around with my 17-month-old.
What is something that most people don't know about you (fun fact)?
I was a lead singer and bass player in a band for a few years in Connecticut.

My wife and business partner, Jennifer
What's one thing - either industry-related or not - you learned in the last month?
Commercial steps in Suffolk County require a 4" tile band on the tread and the riser.
If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Pizza. It's like its own food group!
