President's Message

Throughout the year, the Chapters of the Northeast Spa and Pool Association as well as the Region office hold social events, education seminars, and membership meetings giving us great opportunities to spend time with our peers in the industry.   These networking events help each of us in managing and building our businesses.  

The Pool and Spa Show in Atlantic City really takes that networking to the next level.   It’s when all of the Northeast Spa and Pool Association’s member companies get the opportunity to come together in one location.  There is a reason that the Show in Atlantic City is the highlight of the industry’s Show season and that’s because our Show is different than all the rest!  The Pool & Spa Show in Atlantic City is powered by the Northeast Spa and Pool Association.  What that means is the Show is created for you and by you. 

With our association involved in every aspect of the Show, you’ll see the courses you need for your entire team offered in the Education Program.  You’ll also see that all the exhibitors you are looking to meet are on our exhibit floor.  Our association takes seriously the responsibility of making sure that this event is exactly what our friends and colleagues in the industry need to help make their season as successful as possible.

While at the Show many people realize that belonging to an association like NESPA can provide them so many ways to help their business reach its goals.  When you take the time to educate yourself and your team of professionals alongside your peers all the while networking and getting to know those same peers, you begin to understand the magnitude of what we can accomplish as a group. 

This year, NESPA’s membership booth is once again located in aisle 1300 next to the live demonstration area.  There you can stop by and talk to association volunteers and staff about upcoming events including the 2019 Training Schedule, or industry activities like our chapter and region design awards and golf outings, or maybe just to catch up on the latest news about licensing in our region. 

This is your Show so make the most of it!  Get the education you need.  Make the business connections you want for your company.  Last but not least, definitely be sure to make sometime to connect with your fellow NESPA members while you are in Atlantic City!
