The Northeast Pool & Spa Association is your voice on legislation and regulations impacting our industry. NESPA GRAC monitors legislative action across the region and represents the pool and spa industry when these important actions are being debated.

 


 

 

NESPA's Government Relations Action Committee (GRAC) brings together dedicated member volunteers and lobbyists on behalf of our members to oppose onerous over-regulation and advocate for our industry. We have important relationships with Federal, State and local officials and are in regular contact to share our industry’s perspective on legislation.

Award Winners Celebrated

The Northeast Spa & Pool Association (NESPA) named the 2021 Outstanding Achievement Awards winners at the industry's largest celebration, the 2022 Pool & Spa Show Welcome Party. This year's competition honors all aspects of our industry. In 2021, retail stores joined our service companies and builders in the winner's circle for the first time. 

Special recognition was given to the Judge's Choice Best of Competition Award Winner – Cipriano Landscape Design. This award is presented to the company whose project received the highest overall score in the Building Competition.  Gold Medal Winners of the Service Competition include Integrity Pool & Spa (Lanoka Harbor, NJ), Lipari Pools (Bridgewater, NJ), and Swimming Pools by Jack Anthony (Patchogue, NY).  Gold Medal Winners of the Retail Competition include Great Valley Pool Service (Frazer, PA), and Best in Backyards (Carmel, NY).

The Outstanding Achievement - Builders Competition recognizes NESPA members whose installation of pools, spas, hot tubs, and water features represent the best examples of the industry's products.  The Outstanding Achievement - Service Competition recognizes NESPA members whose quality of service and repairs is also paired with a high level of customer service. The Outstanding Achievement - The Retail Competition recognizes NESPA members who deliver world-class in-store shopping experiences for their clients
