Women in the Industry

Women in the Industry (WITI) Mission Statement:

To bring about awareness, understanding, and solutions for the challenges faced by women in the pool industry. We seek to provide strategies and skills to achieve empowerment and success through encouragement, support, knowledge, and access to resources.

WITI programs are open to anyone working in the pool & spa industry.

We welcome those working in all aspects and with all levels of experience. You do not need to be a NESPA member to participate. If you would like to expand your industry network, you can learn more about membership here.

WITI Kicks off the 2024-25 Season
Luncheons & Events Held Around the Region

The Penn-Jersey, Metro NY/NJ, and LIPSA Chapters of NESPA kicked off the WITI Season with in-person events that brought together women from across the industry. Attendees enjoyed the chance to spend time with each other, learn from guest speakers, and build their community. Connecting to Your Confidence

The Pool & Spa Show will host the 8th Annual Women in the Industry Workshop! The full-day workshop took place on Monday, January 27th, and included networking, interactive presentations, and a lot of fun! Last year, over 80 women participated and spent the day getting to know women who work in all aspects of our industry and learning from each other.
