What was your first industry job?

 When Blue Wave hired me, I came in once a week to work on their email outreach and internal system organization.  I basically started as their IT professional.

How long have you worked in the pool & spa industry?

One whole decade!  Blue Wave hired me in 2010.

In October, NESPA hosted our two-day, virtual Congress of Committees. With over 50 volunteers in attendance, NESPA was able to layout the 2021 strategic planning framework and align it with our chapter and committee goals.

Recently, the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance announced the winners of their 2020 awards program.  Including in the honorees were several NESPA Members:  Julie Kazdin, Larry Biscornet, and Bob Baron. I know we are all looking forward to ringing in a new year in a few days.  Closing the book on 2020 will feel great, and making plans for the upcoming year has me feeling optimistic about what's to come.
