 U.S Consumer Product Safety Commission moved the effective date of ANSI/APSP/ICC-16 2017 (Drain Cover Standard) from November 24, 2020, to May 24, 2021, to provide drain cover manufacturers additional time while dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic that has disrupted manufacturers and test labs. NESPA inducted its 2020-2021 Board of Directors at the Association's Annual Membership Meeting held this month. "This will be a year, unlike any other. There is no other team of leaders I would want to be working with to help our industry navigate these unprecedented times," said newly elected president, Amy M. Rullo. "Each member brings their unique talents and experiences to the Board and working together will turn any challenge we face into an opportunity for growth.
