Status of the Pool & Spa Industry

  • Pool Industry Construction is open 
  • Pool & Spa Maintenance is open
  • Non-Essential Retail is open. In-store shopping is allowed but must follow guidelines
  • Public bathing places and other outdoor community pools are permitted to operate in counties in the yellow and green phases

(New 1.11.21). The Small Business Administration is reopening the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) for First Draw Loans the week of January 11, 2021.  This program provides small businesses with funds to pay up to 8 weeks of payroll costs including benefits. Funds can also be used to pay interest on mortgages, rent, and utilities.  Learn more from the Department of the Treasury and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
